We are looking for you to join our E-Commerce & Digital team as a Junior Merchandise Manager Online (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your adventure starts in our headquarters in Idstein in the Merchandise Management department as a Junior Merchandise Manager Online (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your journey with us begins:
- Close collaboration with Merchandise Management and Marketing for planning, coordination, development, and maintenance of digital platforms
- Daily/weekly website review to ensure products are in the correct categories, links lead to the correct categories/pages, and products are set up accurately
- Implementing and testing sorting logic, with ongoing optimization using professional tools
- Supporting the development and design of product-related campaigns
- Providing suggestions to optimize product presentations and landing pages based on web analytics
- Assisting in the creation of consultation features for different product categories
- Continuous improvement of customer-oriented navigation, category entries, rankings, and filters
- Developing scenarios for dynamic product recommendations for up-sell and cross-sell across the website
- Ongoing development of onsite search functions
Your DNA for Jack Wolfskin:
- Successfully completed training or degree with a business-related focus, such as in E-Commerce or Marketing
- Work experience is advantageous but not essential
- Experience with Salesforce and Hybris is beneficial
- Strong sense of customer needs and the outdoor market
- Independent and structured working style
- Good written and spoken English skills; additional language skills are welcome
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail, quick comprehension, and creativity
- Team player
- High level of responsibility and initiative
